under this name cannot be held responsible for any haunting, soul-possession or
poltergeist activity endured before, during or after participation on the tour
or viewing of this website. Ocala Ghost Walks & Historical Tours accepts no
responsibility for personal injury, or harm of any nature and reserve the right
at all times to refuse admission or cancel a tour.
Please read this form carefully and be aware that by purchasing tickets to
participate in any event or activity provided by Ocala Ghost Walks & Historical
Tours and any of its divisions (currently Ocala Ghost Walks & Historical Tours,
McIntosh Harvest Village Ghost Tours, Ocala/Gainesville Paranormal
Investigation), hereafter known as The Company, you will be waiving and
releasing all claims for injuries you might sustain in the duration of the event
or activity. With the purchase of your tickets you hereby recognize and
acknowledge that there are certain risks—however unlikely—of physical injury to
participants in The Company's events and activities, and you and your party
agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss
regardless of severity which you and/or your party may sustain as a result of
participating in any and all events and activities connected with or associated
with The Company.
You do hereby fully release and discharge The Company and its officers, agents,
servants and employees; property owners of the visited sites and their officers,
agents, servants and employees; and the City of Ocala/McIntosh/Marion
County,Florida. and its officers, agents, servants and employees from any and
all claims from injuries, including death, damage or loss which you or your
party may accrue and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated
with the events and/or activities of The Company. By completing your purchase of
tickets to The Company's event and/or activity, you acknowledge that you have
read and fully understand the above Program Details and Waiver and Release of
All Claims.
